BOXING
We start by the dictionary definition;
Is a combat sport in which two opponents fight using only their gloved fists, striking their opponent from the waist up, within a quadrilateral specially designed for that purpose, in short sequences of fight called assaults or rounds.
Now I'm practice boxing and I want to explain you a few things about it.
I think it's a good sport for practice personal defence, do sports and mold your body. It's funy and enjoyable.
For practice this we need some basic things for example: equipment; boxing gloves, a leggings, and that's it!
Now we need to know some techniques for hit. These blows with rights and left hands. And the blow in the rib with both hands too.
